2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance through our website or by contacting our customer service team.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee of $75.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Payment

  • Payment for services must be made at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged. Acceptable forms of payment include cash and E-Transfer.

  • All payment transactions are final, and no refunds will be issued for services rendered.

4. Health and Safety Compliance

  • Clients must ensure that their pets are up-to-date on the Rabies vaccination and are in good health prior to the appointment. Any known health conditions should be disclosed to us at the time of booking.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog deemed unsafe or unsuitable for our procedures. If we refuse a dog, there is no charge.

5. Liability Waiver

  • By utilizing our services, you accept and assume all risks associated with the dental care provided to your dog.

  • Tooth Fairy Dog Dental Care, its employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Services provided, including but not limited to any injury, illness, or death of the pet.
